The HEAT Hub is comprised of experts in the industry, including experienced architects, retrofit assessors, and coordinators. They will work with homeowners to develop their energy efficiency journey, producing improvement plans that take into consideration how to preserve the heritage and quality of your home, but also to maximise investments made.

Learn about the fabric-first approach to installing insulation in your home to maximise the performance of the walls and roof and ensure a sustainable way to achieve energy efficiency. Find out about a range of insulation materials to understand the suitability for your property as well as discover the costs and energy bill savings.

Home Energy Plans
HEAT Hub provides two tailored options for a FREE Home Energy Plan, designed to meet your specific needs and those of your property.
1) focussing on making your home greener or
2) focussing on generating clean heat and power
Both plans are produced following a retrofit assessment of your home that enables the key metrics to be determined, including the pre and post retrofit heat loss, running costs and EPC rating. The plan also considers the most appropriate recommendations for insulation, as well as renewable systems like solar PV panels and low-carbon heating like heat pumps. Specific advice for heritage homes and guidance on government funding is included in the plans.
